Orders placed on our website are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays, during which our team verifies, packs, and prepares each product to maintain quality and prevent damage during transit, and customers are promptly notified of any delays due to high demand, stock unavailability, or logistical challenges.
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure efficient delivery, with estimated timelines of 3 to 5 business days for metro cities, 5 to 7 business days for non-metro cities, and 7 to 10 business days for remote areas, although these may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or transport disruptions.
Free standard shipping is available on orders above a specified purchase value, while orders below this threshold incur nominal shipping charges based on product weight and destination. Customers may also choose express shipping at an additional cost for faster delivery.
To ensure transparency, tracking IDs and courier details are provided via email or SMS, allowing customers to monitor their shipment in real-time.
It is essential that customers provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including landmarks and valid contact information, as delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility, and returned orders may incur reshipping charges.
Our courier partners make up to two delivery attempts before returning the package to our warehouse, and re-delivery can be arranged upon request, subject to additional charges.
In the rare event of a damaged, defective, or lost product, customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate, and lost parcels will be resolved in coordination with the courier.
Currently, GNX Mart ships within India, and plans to expand internationally in the future, with applicable shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes as per the destination country’s regulations.
Customers wishing to modify or cancel orders should contact our support team within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch; post-shipment changes are not possible, and returns can be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
