Cancellation Policy

At GNX Mart, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their orders, and we strive to make the cancellation process simple, transparent, and convenient.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, customers should contact our Customer Support Team via email at support@gnxmart.com or by phone at +91-XXXXXXXXXX, providing the order number and reason for cancellation.
Once a cancellation request is received and approved, the order will be stopped from processing or shipping, and a full refund will be initiated using the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may choose to return the product after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
If an order is cancelled due to incorrect or incomplete customer information, such as wrong shipping address or contact details, reshipping charges may apply if the order is returned and needs to be dispatched again.
Our Customer Support Team is available Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM to assist with all cancellation-related inquiries, and we encourage customers to reach out as early as possible to avoid delays or inconvenience.
